Online Aadhar Enrollment

Follow these simple steps to enroll for Aadhaar online:

  • Download the Aadhaar Enrollment Form from UIDAI’s website, or directly download it here, and then print it.
  • Fill out the required details accurately and ensure there is no omission or incorrect information.
  • Once the form is completed, visit any authorized Aadhaar Enrollment Centre in the city, along with photocopies of your identity, residence, and age documents. You can search for the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Centres in your city by using your State, Pin Code, or the Search Box on the UIDAI website.
  • Provide these documents along with your filled-out form.
  • Once biometric and iris scans are done, your photograph will be captured on the spot.
  • You will receive an acknowledgment receipt with your enrollment number, which allows you to track the status of your Aadhaar Card online.

Aadhar Enrollment via Aadhar Enrolment Centre:

The offline method for Aadhaar enrollment involves the following steps:

  • Visit your nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Centre to obtain the Aadhaar Enrollment Form. You can locate nearby Aadhaar Centres in your city by using the State, Pin Code, or Search Box option on the UIDAI website.
  • Fill out the form completely, ensuring that all information is truthful and correct.
  • Submit the completed form along with photocopies of identity, address, and age documents. Ensure you bring the original documents for verification.
  • After providing biometric and iris scans, your photograph will be taken immediately.
  • You will be issued an acknowledgment receipt with your enrollment number, which allows you to track the progress of your Aadhaar card online.

There are three ways to find Aadhaar enrollment centres in your city:

  1. State – Enter your state and relevant details to locate the enrollment centres nearby.
  2. Postal Pincode – Enter your postal code and other required information.
  3. Search Box (District or Locality) – You can search by entering your state and district to find permanent centres.
