Aadhaar is among the most widely used government-issued identity cards, containing both demographic and biometric details of its holder. To validate related documents, the government is linking several programs and legal instruments with Aadhaar. Specific deadlines have been set for integrating these instruments with Aadhaar.
The UIDAI has implemented various measures to simplify access to these services for individuals. If you have any queries, you can reach the Aadhaar customer service by dialing the Aadhaar card helpline. This contact information can also be used to lodge complaints or report grievances.
UIDAI utilizes toll-free numbers to connect with the public. Anyone with a query can file a complaint or suggest improvements by calling the toll-free numbers 1947 or 1800 300 1947, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
UIDAI manages these numbers. Additionally, most regional offices of the organization maintain dedicated grievance redressal sections.
